We do the work most resellers skip
Fieldhouse Fixing & Flipping is a family-run operation out of Northwest Indiana, serving the greater Chicago area and shipping nationwide.
The business is simple: we buy liquidation, overstock, and customer-return inventory from major retailers. Then we do the work most resellers skip — we open every box, inspect every unit, test functionality, and assign a grade based on what we actually find. When a repair makes economic sense, we fix it with proper parts and document the work. When it doesn't, we grade it honestly and price it accordingly.
Every listing on this site includes the item's grade, a written condition report specific to that unit, and photos showing exactly what you'll receive — including any flaws. We don't use stock photos for used items. We don't hide cosmetic damage behind careful angles. The condition report is the product.
A simple set of commitments
The grade means what it says.
Our five-tier scale (A+ through D) has published definitions. A Grade B is a Grade B whether it's a Tuesday or a Saturday, whether the item cost us $20 or $200.
The bad news comes first.
If something is scratched, missing an accessory, or shows signs of previous use, that's the first thing in the condition report — not the last.
No surprises at the door.
What the listing says is what shows up. If it doesn't, we have a process for that, and it starts with making it right.
